Schluter Kerdi or Laticrete Hydro Ban full systems — membrane, banding, pre-slope, and a 48-hour flood test before tile. Florida humidity punishes shortcuts. The county inspector requires the test; we do it whether or not they ask.

Permit requirements for plumbing relocations
Moving a shower drain or relocating a toilet triggers a plumbing permit and a rough-in inspection before tile. We file, schedule, and close out the permit under our Florida CBC license without involving you.

Condos in Palm Beach, Boca, and Highland Beach require Association approval, a licensed contractor, a working-hours window (usually 9–4 weekdays), and protection of common areas. We carry the templates for every major building we've worked in.
